We have some exciting news!  We are offering a convenient way for you to receive your pet's medications and diet in a safe and convenient manner.  AAWC FastPaws Pharmacy Concierge Service can now deliver your pet's medications, supplements, or diet directly to your door!  

 

If you live or work within 5 miles of the clinic, we will deliver your pet's medications and pet food purchased from our facility directly to your door through our own personal concierge courier.   If your pet's medications require refrigeration we will supply a styrofoam cooler with icepacks on your first order to be reused for future orders.  We will notify you when this service has been completed and provide a picture of the delivery direct to you through text message.  (There are a few exclusions on medications that can be delivered in this manner).  

 

We perform this service on Tuesday and Friday afternoons between 1 pm and 3 pm.  The cost is $8.00 per delivery.  We need a 24-48 hour turnaround time to time to approve and prepare your pet's food and/or medication.  As soon as everything is filled and ready to go, your delivery will be scheduled on the next available delivery day (the next upcoming Tuesday or Friday).  Should you need expedited service and request medications to be delivered on the same day as requested if, on a Tuesday or Friday, we will do our best to help.  Your order needs to be placed by 11 am.  The cost for expedited service when available is $15.00 within a distance of 5 miles from our hospital.

We still offer our same great service if you choose to pick up your pet's medication or diet.   Don't forget, we also partner with an online pharmacy, Covetrus, that can also help with your pet's online pharmacy home delivery needs!  These orders are fulfilled directly from Covetrus through a mail delivery service.  You can check this out or shop at aawc.vetsfirstchoice.com
